Pitch

Long ago, a violent meteor careened through Earth’s atmosphere and crash-landed in what we currently know as Nevada. In our reality, it left a desolate crater; in another, however, it created a paradise teeming with life. We invite guests to Eclipse Pointe, a story-driven overnight experience where guests chart their own course and decide through interactive elements which side of the story they want to explore. Guests are first invited to Big Cat Crater Tours, where they meet Carl Belmouth, the conductor, owner, and proprietor on board the train that takes them to their mysterious destination, Big Cat Crater.  On their journey, their train derails through the fabric of reality and lands in another dimension.  In this alternate reality, the crater is not a desolate hole but is instead full of townspeople who welcome them to the settlement of Hirudo. Guests explore the mysteries of the far beyond with old and new friends– in a place where time and space blend together– to uncover an oasis full of splendor and awe. However, this paradise is not forever. Guests will come to discover the hidden dangers of this strange world because, as it turns out, the meteor is draining the energy from our Earth. Guests and their newfound friends must make a daring escape lest their energy and the rest of the new universe are drained.

Marketing Materials

I was in charge of creating the marketing and graphic program for this experience. I created the Big Cat Crater Company logo, the Eclipse point font and logo, as well as creating a code language and typable font for the rebels part of our narrative.

The majority of our marketing was planned to send guests upon them signing up for the three day experience. Providing there address guests would receive a mysterious box. The box would include government documents information about characters, hidden clues and notes. As well as items that will become useful to guests when they get to there adventure!
